When visiting carremoji.com website and ordering from carremoji.com you declare that you have read the General Sales Conditions and that you fully accept them.

Carremoji.com is the commercial name of Véra May Sarl for the purpose of promoting, distributing and selling authentic artworks of Japanese modern calligraphy.

Véra May Sarl is a Sarl with a capital of 6300 euros, registered in Versailles under number 452 188 733. Its head office is located at 1 rue du 11 Novembre 78800 Houilles, France.

I. Prices.

All prices are indicated in Euro, all French taxes included.

Carremoji.com reserves the right to modify the prices at any time without notice. In case of a price modification between the date of order and the date of shipment, carremoji.com will notify the buyer who will then be entitled either to confirm his order or to cancel it.

II. Order.

All the calligraphy proposed by carremoji.com are authentic and unique artworks, except when clearly stated otherwise. For this reason the buyer will have to check with carremoji.com if the calligraphy he wants to purchase is still available. The buyer can check on, by email at sales@carremoji.com or by mail at Carré Moji, 1 rue du 11 Novembre, F78800 Houilles.

Availibility requests will be processed upon order of arrival, and carremoji.com will put all effort to answer within 2 working days.

When he’ll receive confirmation of the awailability of the selected calligraphies, the buyer will be able to place an order on www.carremoji.com, by email at customservice@carremoji.com or by mail at Carré Moji, 1 rue du 11 Novembre, F78800 Houilles. The buyer declares having read the General Sales Conditions and fully accepting them before ordering. Placing an order means accepting the General Sales Conditions.

In order to be eligible, all order must indicate all information necessary to process the order and deliver the products, as requested in the order form. All order have to be accompanied by the full payment of the ordered products.

Carremoji.com reserve the right to refuse any order from a buyer whom with there is a dispute related to the payment of an earlier order.

III. Payments.

Invoices are payable exclusively in Euro.

The buyer can make its payment by :

Credit Card : Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue.

Bank cheque to Véra May Sarl, drawn on a French bank and payable in France.

Bank telegraphic transfer, all transfer charges being at the charge of the buyer. In case of payment by credit card directly on www.carremoji.com website, transactions are made through the secured site of CIC Bank:

The transmitted buyer’s data are verified by the secured payment company before acceptation. These data are never in any case and at any time in carremoji.com’s possession.

In case of a payment by cheque or telegraphic transfer, the order will be accepted at the date when the paid amount is effectively credited on Véra May Sarl’s account.

The goods and merchandises remain carremoji.com’s property until the full payment by the buyer.

IV. Delivery.

The merchandises are shipped within a lead-time of 3 working days after validation of the order.

Transportation and insurance costs are at the buyer’s charge, the merchandises being delivered against signature.

At the time of shipment Carremoji.com informs the buyer of the transportation company name and the shipment’s tracking number.

Upon receipt of the merchandises the buyer must check the condition of the box and in case of damage (open or spoiled box for instance) he must make the corresponding reserves in writing on the delivery slip when signing it.

The buyer has a time frame of 2 days to check the conformity of the received merchandise and inform carremoji.com. After these 2 days the merchandise is considered as conform and accepted. No more claim will be accepted and carremoji.com will have no more responsibility towards the buyer.

In case the merchandise is not delivered within the indicated time frame, the buyer must inform carremoji.com’s customer service so that researches can be made with the transportation company. Researches can take a rather long period of time, and no compensation can be made before the transportation company has confirmed the effective loss of the merchandise.

Carremoji.com cannot be held as responsible for the consequences of a delivery delay or a loss by the transportation company.

V. Refund policy.

In accordance with the dispositions or article L 121-20 of the Code de la Consommation, the buyer is entitled to return the merchandise that he does not like within a time frame of 7 days.

The merchandise must be returned in perfect new condition, packed in its original packaging, at the risks and charges of the buyer.

It is highly recommended to take an insurance with the transportation company, the possible damages, loss or spoliations being at the buyer’s charge.

Carremoji.com will control the returned merchandise within a time frame of 10 days, and if it is conform will refund the buyer.

VI. Information and privacy.

Véra May Sarl as the registered company operating carremoji.com will request personal information which are necessary for processing the orders : order confirmation and validation invoicing, delivery. By confirming its order the buyer accepts to provide true and sincere information.

Véra May Sarl commits to treat these information as confidential, and to forward them to third parties only for the necessities of delivering the merchandises (for instance for the insurance, transportation and payment). In addition to the necessities of order processing and delivery, Véra May Sarl can use the collected data to episodically send messages concerning the evolutions of products and services. You have a right at any time to ask Véra May Sarl to stop sending messages, by the way of mail, email on desabonnement@carremoji.com or by clicking on the link located at the bottom of the messages.

In compliance with the French law Informatique et Libertés 78-17 of January 6 th, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition on your personal data. You can exercise this right by writing to Carré Moji, Service Informatique et Libertés, 1, rue du 11 Novembre, 78800 Houilles, France.

VII. Responsibility.

The pictures present on www.carremoji.com must be considered only as illustrations. They are no binding in any case.

Véra May Sarl cannot be held as responsible for the non execution of the contract in case of force majeure, strikes, riots, including perturbations of the postal services and communications, floods, fire, or war. Véra May Sarl will carry no responsibility for any indirect damage, loss of exploitation, loss of profit, loss of luck, damage or expenses that could happen by having purchased merchandise on carremoji.com, nor for the consequences of a wrong usage of the purchased merchandise.

VIII. Intellectual property.

All designs, graphics, texts, illustrations, comments or pictures present on carremoji.com are reserved and covered by copyright and intellectual property right.

Any total or partial reproduction of www.carremoji.com website is strictly prohibited.

IX. Applicable law.

All transactions made on www.carremoji.com are reputed to be made on the territory of France, whatever the place of delivery of the merchandise could be.

The present contract is made under the French law. The legal language of the present contract is the French language. Any dispute, wherever the place of delivery, that could occur on the interpretation or the execution of the present general sales conditions will be submitted to the competent jurisdictions of the Court of Versailles.
